TASS Parent Lounge

The TASS Parent Lounge provides families with convenient access to a wide range of important information and services. Through their unique login details, parents can view and update demographic and financial data, monitor school fees, access pastoral care notes, academic reports, and relevant College policies. The platform also allows parents to email teachers directly and stay up to date with the College calendar.

QKR!

Qkr!™ (pronounced ‘quicker’) is a mobile payments platform that enables consumers to order and pay for canteen and fund-raising items directly from their smart device. Qkr accepts all major credit and debit cards and consumers can register more than one card. Head over to the QKR! website to learn more.

IHC Parents and Friends (P&F) Executive Committee

The IHC community is pleased to announce the 2026 P&F Executive Committee:

The P&F Executive Committee looks forward to a productive year working in collaboration with the wider P&F community, Principal Sammantha Da Luz, and the dedicated staff of Immaculate Heart College.

Throughout the year, the P&F organises various fundraising activities and events aimed at supporting and enhancing the school’s facilities and programs. All parents and friends of the school are encouraged to get involved and contribute to the decision-making process.

College Canteen

The College Canteen is open five days a week, serving breakfast, recess, and lunch. Breakfast is available from 8:00am to 8:30am, with options for pre-ordering or purchasing on the day. Pre-orders can be placed using the QKR! app. Lunch orders are delivered directly to the classrooms and handed out by a teacher.

The canteen relies on volunteers to be able to function so please consider donating your time! A sign-up roster is available outside the Canteen.
